Loop Community Guidelines

Loop is a space where everyone can communicate freely, but to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all users, the following operational policies must be followed.

1. Protection of Personal Information

Disclosing or requesting personal information such as your phone number, email address, social media accounts, or real name during voice calls is strictly prohibited.
Collecting, storing, or distributing other users' personal information without consent is strictly forbidden and may be subject to legal penalties.

2. Respectful Language

The use of offensive language, including profanity, slurs, discriminatory or hateful remarks, is prohibited.
Avoid mocking, insulting, or making aggressive comments about others’ appearance, gender, race, nationality, religion, or political beliefs.
Always listen respectfully and value others' contributions during conversations.

3. Prohibited and Inappropriate Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Sharing illegal content such as pornography, drugs, gambling, or criminal plans
Sexual remarks, harassment, or obscene behavior
Attempting inappropriate conversations or contact with minors
Political or religious propaganda, excessive promotions, or commercial exploitation

4. Responsibility for Content and Speech

You are fully responsible for the content and speech you share during group voice calls.
If your content defames others or causes discomfort, you may face legal consequences.

5. Paid Usage Policy

You can join up to 5 loops per day for free. After that, each participation will deduct 100 points.
Points can be obtained through purchase or events.
Free usage limits and point deduction rules may change with prior notice according to operational policies.

6. Loop Creation & Push Notification Policy

Push notifications may be sent when a new loop is created.
You can manage your notification preferences in the app:
Settings > App Notifications > Loop Creation Alerts (On/Off)

7. Violations & Penalties

The following actions may be taken upon policy violations:
Immediate termination of the voice call
Temporary or permanent account suspension
Account restrictions or forced withdrawal from the service
Reports to legal authorities and further legal action if necessary

8. Reporting & Protection System

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please report it via the in-call report function or contact customer support.
All reports will be reviewed and addressed promptly.
This policy applies equally to all Loop users, and by using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
We ask for your cooperation to maintain a safe and respectful communication environment.
